Lauren Anderson

Lauren completed her Bachelor of Engineering degree at the University of Guelph in Biomedical Engineering, and is currently a Master’s student in the department of Biomedical Engineering at McMaster. Her research focuses on developing a machine learning algorithm to predict return-to-school and return-to-activity protocols for children with concussions as part of the Back2Play study currently in progress at CanChild. Lauren is in the last semester of her studies, and after completion hopes to pursue a career in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Lauren is an avid hockey fan and enjoys watching and playing whenever she can.
